I ordered a Shack Crispy Chicken Sandwich but was given a Shack Burger.  😲    It was pretty tasty.

 

Got a regular Crispy Chicken later and was not impressed.

Laura gets a plain cheeseburger and then goes to the condiment stand. She thinks they are fresher that way. Also not a fan of Shack Sauce

I'm going to report that the Shack Crispy Chicken Sandwich isn't worth a penny just in case someone from Royal sees this and will be swayed to not implement a charge for it.  

 

I did see POS terminals at Snack Shack leading to the question if they have plans to begin charging at some point.  

 

While this remains "included" enjoy.
