final docs, cruise director name, captain name

As I remember, the Cruise director, and the Captain's names were in the blue book docs....am I wrong in remembering that?  They are not listed in the final docs that I just received.

So far as I can remember they don't give us the names of the various Officers prior to a cruise.  J

The "blue books"' used to list (with pictures) the senior officers including: Captain, Chief, GM, Cruise Director (and Exec Concierge?). But, that was eliminated several years ago. One issue was that the books were printed before work schedules/personnel shifts were finalized. So, who you found upon boarding could be different.

It's been many years since staff was listed in blue books.   Too often changed between printing & boardng.

Thanks Flatbush...I thought so....The old Blue Books got lost in the move from Rancho Mirage, Ca. to Marion, Il.....that is another story.
