Taxi in Moorea to Hilton Hotel

Has anyone taken a taxi to the Hilton Hotel and back.  I'm wondering if it is difficult to

get a taxi in Moorea.  We want to do a day pass there.  I have tried local charter coompanies

and they are booked with the cruiseline.

There are a few Taxis but as you mentioned a cruise ship is there so it's a bit tough to know how hard it will be to snag one. Usually when a ship is visiting the taxis are close to the tender location.

We used Torea Nui Transport- could book in advance and arrange for a time to be picked up. This was a year ago in December when we arranged transportation with them to and from the Hilton for a day pass. They were reasonable. https://toreanui.com/

Both do tours as well.

I think I tried both of these and one was booked with the ship tours, and the other was only doing tours.

Gheslaine Haamatearil is known to drive here 'taxi' when a cruise ship is in the bay. Address her by name in the email and ask if she could take care of your request. I've known her for 20 years, just tell her Zelle referred you.  intersaf@mail.pf
