I’m so excited to read your review.  We are scheduled for spring break cruise with our little one.  I can’t wait to follow along!

Good Morning.

Well we did finally make it to our hotel around midnight and lights out by 1:00. We stayed at the HYATT near LAX. We just enjoyed their excellent brunch and are waiting on our driver to take us down to Long Beach.

Wow!!! Look at the difference in the sizes between the 2 ships.  And people used to think the Queen Mary was gigantic. 

 

Have a great cruise. Enjoy the "Whiskey and  Saturday nights ", you can "Sleep When You're 80", but don't  "Fall From Grace"⚓👍😁

So we arrived at the pier a little too early and decided to take a tour of the Queen Mary which is located right next door. I would highly recommend it if time permits and they offered us free tickets for being cruise passengers.

Could you snap pictures of the fun times as you get them or even after the cruise is done? If not thats ok. I hope you have a fun time. Keep her clean for me.

Embarkation was smooth and fast. We were on board by 12:15 ish. Unfortunately, their was no dramatic or WOW moment getting on the ship as the gangway led to deck 4 and down the hallway to the elevators. Disappointed!

Can you ask Emma if she will still be the CD on  the April 25 cruise? If she is not can you see if she will tell you if she knows who will be the CD?

That's a beautiful picture with the dome and sunset.

 

This being December, could you report back over the next couple of days if you see people using the pools or waterslides while out at sea? I'm cruising out of Long Beach at the end of January on a different ship, and  wondering if I'll be able to use the waterslides at all, or if it'll be too cold. I do see a couple of people in the hot tub in one of your pictures, but I imagine it'll get chilly out at sea.

Good to see they’ve adopted the late night comedy showcase in the main lounge. That’ll be hard to stay up for on the west coast though. 11:15 there is like 1:15 to me.
