Disembark on port days

We have a 9 AM tour (not through Oceania) on a port day that we aren't scheduled to arrive in port until 8 AM.   Will that be an issue?   The tour says to meet at 8:30 in the terminal.

Not enough info (tender vs dock; tour only for that ship's passengers, etc).

In any case, an 8 AM arrival doesn't necessarily mean you can get off then (e.g., arrival late, customs clearance, ship's tours folks go first if a tender port, etc).

Bottom line is 8:30 won't be a problem unless it's a problem.

Also it depends on the tour itself.  If your ship is the only ship in port  or no other non ship guests, no problem, they will wait.  If it is a Viator type tour with other non ship guests on the tour, then the democratic process prevails.  When the guests on the bus protest waiting beyond  a reasonable period,  bye bye.  Saw it happena few times in 20 years of cruising.
