question about Encore

Just got off the Bliss and really enjoyed the Observation lounge .Even saw a coastguard evacuation from there right in front of us.

Does the Encore have the Observation lounge? Is the ship's layout the same as the Bliss?

Yes and its nice a little cold air on too much but still nice

The Encore does have the Observation lounge. We spent quite a bit of time there. As someone

stated it is cold so I always wore a sweater.

The Encore and Bliss are sisters. The observation lounge is similar. 
 

Major structural differences: bigger race track, bigger laser tag, added Galaxy Pavillon (virtual reality rises), bigger Vibe. No Spice H20. 
 

And the ship is built for Alaska (more glass in waterfront dining areas and heaters in outside dining areas (waterfront, buffet, American Diner)).
