Beaver1975 Posted December 29, 2019 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2019 We will be on a back to back cruise aboard the Magic. I know you get a discount by buying your drink package prior to boarding. Can we buy our second week package while on the ship for our first week and still receive the discount? Or do we need to get online during that week and purchase it as if we were "about to board" for the second week?
jdemps Posted December 29, 2019 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2019 Can you just buy both before you leave your home? That's what I would do. If you can't do that, call carnival and ask them how it works when on ship to buy cheers for next cruise.
sandy toes Posted December 29, 2019 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2019 I have to agree, if you want the package for a B2B, buy them both at home before you sail. If budget is a factor, call Carnival direct and get facts so you won't be disappointed.
Sean_B Posted December 29, 2019 #4 Share Posted December 29, 2019 If both of your itineraries are linked (by calling Carnival and speaking to a Rep there to have them do it), then you should be able to buy both drink packages for your two cruises at the same time. grandmarnnurse Posted December 29, 2019 #5 Share Posted December 29, 2019 I have a B2B booked on the Magic as well, and I have purchased everything online for both of my cruises already. I do not set sail until April 5.
Rare PrincessArlena'sDad Posted December 30, 2019 #6 Share Posted December 30, 2019 I'm guessing op doesn't know if they want the drink package for the 2and week, they want to see how it goes during the first week first. If guest services can't do it, you have a few options: 1. I believe you can access carnival.com for free while on the ship. Not 100% certain on this. 2. Contact a friend to do it for you. 3. Buy the cheapest data plan. It'll be enough to purchase cheers and less than the price difference getting it during cruise

Buyer beware, though, of entering your credit card info on the public computers.
