Magic. Day at sea mean increases chance of seasickness

Comparing 4 night cruises from Miami. 1 includes day at Key West, the other has a day at sea but less distance traveled; which has less chance of rough waters. Thanks

IME on this itinerary for DCL they find a quiet spot not to far for Castaway and do slow circles ..... with the various islands around they can usually find a place where they are "in the lee" of an island where the seas are calm..This is also what they do when conditions prevent docking at Castway ....
