Elite discount on drink packages

Although we qualify for this discount, never managed to get it as we booked package online and mostly non alcoholic.

Is discount also valid for non alcohol packages or not ?  Do you need to call the Captains Club or is there a way to apply it when booking online ?

When did elite members qualify for discounts on beverage packages. As far as I can tell, elite plus member qualify for 10% discount.

Yes it is for Elite Plus that I am inquiring.

To get the discounts you have to call to purchase the beverage package, same for the discount on internet packages.
