Bathrooms--Majesty of the Seas--Help Please

In a regular oceanview on Majesty, what do the showers look like? What shape/size are they? The tiny round ones?? Thank you!

I think they are the tiny square ones with a curtain instead of a "glass" door.  I do know that on some ships folks who are

not comfortable with the showers in the room arrange to shower in the spa/gym area where the showers are larger.

If you want a decent sized bathroom on the Majesty, you'll need to get a JS or above.

 

The regular Oceanview rooms are the smallest OVs on RCI--the "Spacious OVs" on Deck 9 are more like a regular RCI OV.

They seemed pretty small to me.

Never been on Majesty, but every other RCL ship we have been on has a floor drain under the toilet and the bathroom floor tilts that way. My wife and I generally leave the door to the shower open and let any stray water fall where it may. We fit easy enough in the shower cocoon but why bump elbows and knees.

I use large binder clips on the bottom of the shower curtain to weigh it down and keep it from attacking and clinging to my body.  😉

I've only been on Monarch, but yes the showers are smaller than the "tiny" round ones.  

 

Keep anything you don't want wet outside of the bathroom and leave the curtain open.

I took a shower curtain liner that I got for $1 at Dollar Tree and hung it on the inside, along with their curtain so I wouldn’t have to touch a curtain everyone else has touched. I just left it for disposal at the end.

 

Yes, the shower was small but I’ve used smaller in Europe.
