No, each person booked in the suite  gets a one-device package.

Correct, if your suite has 5 people registered you get 5 different logins.

 

The only exception is if you are Pinnacle,  then you get one login for Pinnacle, and one for being in a suite.

About the only dining perk you would get on a Vision class ship is made to order breakfast in a specialty restaurant.

 

Also free room service.  An expanded suite menu for room service breakfast. 

 

And for dinner, during MDR hours, you can order items off the MDR menu for room service.

Sea / Sky / Star will be shown if you expand the room details. You don't select them (like you have a choice on certain rooms)
