Ok.  Sorry. On Carnival some members have the email addresses.

On Norwegian you need to contact the Hotel Director,  unless this a request about food allergy.  If that is the case you need to contact the access desk for the ship.  Then once on board you meet with the Restaurant Manager to discuss menu options for the following day.
