Kennact Posted January 8, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2020 Can you request a move over? The cruise the week before us on same ship and itinerary is so much cheaper that we could get a mini suite with all the BSE perks for the same price as our balcony. It doesn't matter to us which week we go. Any thoughts?
mr. godfredo Posted January 8, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2020 It all depends on the booking. If you did a non-refundable deposit or you are within the penalty period for final payment then that could be a problem.
Kennact Posted January 8, 2020 Author #3 Share Posted January 8, 2020 We do have non-refundable deposit but not past final payment
Sillyjilly Posted January 8, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 8, 2020 You would have to re-book which means you would lose your deposits. If it still is a better deal, than go for it.
victory2020 Posted January 8, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2020 My understanding is that you can move a non refundable deposit over to another non refundable deposit cruise if it's before final payment.
Thrak Posted January 8, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2020 Call Princess or, if you have one, your TA. You can't get anything done here on CC so ask those who can (maybe) accomplish what you want done.

Katwoman007 Posted January 8, 2020 #8 Share Posted January 8, 2020 I would talk to a Princess Travel Agent! I spoke to my guy and he did some magic... again! I bet they could help you and they are with Princess already!
weedpindle Posted January 8, 2020 #9 Share Posted January 8, 2020 A move over offer is only offered by Princess when they want your cabin. Expect major compensation to take a move over offer. What you want is NOT a move over, it is just a request to give up your booking to take another cruise.
