larsch Posted January 10, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Hello Everyone. I'm taking a Carnival cruise that will be docked in Bermuda for 3 days. My questions is will the ship casino be open while at port? I know it is usually close at port except for some late departures they will have an agreement with the island to be allowed to open. I can't imagine the casino being closed for the three days. Thanks for your response, Larry

1025cruise Posted January 10, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Assuming the ship buys a license from Bermuda, the casino can open from 9:00pm until I think 5:00am. Note, the ship must buy the license. If this is a one off cruise, there is a chance that they won't.

Having been on many Carnival cruises to Bermuda (which sail several times per year), the casino has always operated as mentioned by other posters while docked overnight or over the course of several days. Rare Jamman54 Posted January 10, 2020 #8 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Don't worry, Carnival will buy the license. They aren't going to lose that revenue. I have never seen the Casino dark on any of our Carnival Bermuda cruises.😎
