Problems with cruise details on MSC website.

Hello, when I log in to MSC I get this message:

 

Plan my Cruise and Cruise Details sections are not available for now.

 

Anyone else get this?

I just logged in and did not have any problems with either of our upcoming cruises. Hope it works for you soon!

When are your cruises if you don't mind me asking? Ours is June

From UK and just got in under Manage a booking --departing in 4 weeks

If you look at Kealalani signature it gives the upcoming cruises

Have you linked your reservation with your account

 

If you log into your account go into account settings you will see link reservation  to account enter your booking number and away you go.

I was  having same issues.

I'm in the US and can't get it either.   UK and US have different websites.  I'm sure it will be back up eventually.

Still can't get it to show up.  I tried linking it, but it says it is already linked.  It won't show any details of our upcoming cruise.  I would like to be able to access shore excursions but can't.  Anyone else having the same problem?

Try a different browser.  If that doesn't work, clear your cookies and history.

Are people using "Booking Number/First Name/Last Name" or "Login with your MSC account" (email/password)?

 

I have more success with MSC account even though I can login with both.

I have been using log in (for a couple of years)  All of the sudden it doesn't show my reservation.  I can see it if I put in booking number and name.  It's weird, but I already have my docs printed so I'm not going to worry about it.  I did try clearing cookies and that didn't help.

I login.  See March trip but 2021 not showing up.  Did link and voila, there it was.  For now, at least. Won't be surprised if it goes away.
