Sun Concierge location

Hello:

Cruising on Sun soon. Where can one find the concierge? Is he/she at Guest Services or is it simply a 'phone calls only" thing.

There was a small table set up for the concierge just inside La Cucina and she was there in the mornings.  She also often checked in on us wherever we were having dinner.  And was available via phone as well.

Sits in the restaurant.

The Cucina is the place where the Concierge does business !

La Cucina is the breakfast and lunch place for guests in suites.

So even if you are not in a suite you are free to meet with the

Concierge at that location.

Often the private shore excursion - tendering and Priority guests

going ashore this is the meeting point to be escorted by the

Concierge off the ship.

 

If not present the Restaurant Host will have phone contact with

the Concierge ask to be connected -or- go to Guest Services

in the Atrium

 

La Cucina is located deck 5 starboard side accessible from deck

6 mid-ship Windjammer Bar and down a flight of stairs -or-

from the MDR deck 5 mid-ship aft of the Atrium.

I was on in June and will be again in March. I never saw a concierge “desk”. He would stop by our room and check on us or I would call. The suites restaurant in June was Cagney’s.
