cruise to live Posted January 20, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2020 While docked in Nassau, is the casino open? I know they have been open in some ports. Thank you.

cb at sea Posted January 20, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2020 Nope....but there is a casino on Paradise Island, at Atlantis! They are very slow to pay out at the cages, so allow enough time to collect any winnings!

cruisegirl1 Posted January 20, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2020 The ship casino will generally open about 7 or 8 pm, even if your departure from Nassau is later. As noted, it will be closed during the day. If you like a casino, check out the Baha Mar on Cable Beach. enjoy m
Cruzlover7 Posted January 21, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 21, 2020 I agree with cruisegirl11 the BaHa Mar casino is beautiful and a nice change. You can take the number 10 or 12 bus for $1.25 each way. If time allows check it out.

The ship used to tender, now it docks so the regulations are different.
Rare thrifty99 Posted January 21, 2020 #9 Share Posted January 21, 2020 We were on the shortened Harmony cruise in September due to the hurricane. It ended up just being a 3 night cruise with the only port being Nassau. The casino was open while we were in Nassau which I thought was odd. I don’t recall what time of the day I noticed it open.
