have booked cunard fare and chosen cabin for our iceland cruise |I was just on cruise personaliser and it doesn't show our cabin on there, is this normal. It states bed size and 2nd seating for dinner but not our cabin number. I would have thought it would be on there as we have the cunard fare. I am sure last time we were on cunard it stated our cabin no. Only time it didn't was when we had a guarantee

It seems to be normal with the latest software 'improvement' of the VP. Worry not.

Same here, also If you usually like to receive the Booklet with Pre Voyage information etc, then you have to select this. It would appear to be by default I would not like to receive.

To alter your selection, you have to log in to the VP

Under the main named person, select edit and  amend some detail and correct and select save.

If you then scroll down a little further  you will see the info below. "Pre-Voyage Booklet"

Change  your option.  It is selected by default I would not like  to receive the pre-voyage booklet.

 

 

Pre-Voyage Booklet.

If you’ve booked a Cunard Fare or Early Saver Fare voyage, you have the option to receive a pre-voyage booklet which contains information about your voyage and the shore experiences available. Please select below to indicate whether you would like this posted to you.

I would like to receive the pre-voyage booklet.

I would not like to receive the pre-voyage booklet.

Thank you Pennbank for the info on the pre cruise booklet. I knew I had seen it somewhere. I have now changed the option. Are you aware of where we might find the cabin number?

The Stateroom numbers presently do not appear  for some reason yet.
