Carry on Water and Soda

We are first time HAL cruisers sailing on Veendam in March. Are you permitted to carry on Water and soda the day of embarkment?

 

also does Veendam have Cabanas if so how do you rent them?

You can bring as much water and soda on board as you want, even when you are in a port

Hi, 

Welcome to HAL.  Yes you can carry on water and soda on embarkation and you can also do that at any port.  Doesn’t have to be just on embarkation day.  I don’t know about the Cabanas as I have never rented one.  Hope you have a great cruise.

You can carry on all the water and soda you want.  Not just at embarkation but at any port during your cruise 🙂

 

I don’t believe any of the smaller ships have cabanas.
