CD change for Glory next week

We were just notified that Cookie will no longer be our CD for our Journeys Cruise next week.  We were really looking forward to his entertainment.  He's been replaced by Lee Mason.  I'm not familiar with Lee.  Has anyone had him for CD?

Now that I've just seen this..

it casts my memory back to our two GLORY cruises out of NYC Manhattan

bound for Canada/Halifax and back.

 

And for the life of me

I haven't a clue who our CD was, on those two, somewhat sedate trips!

Mind you it was Oct. 2011 and Sept. 2013 (lots of water under bridges)

 

I DO remember though.. Karl-with-a-K Bird and that nutcase Felipe Couto

on our several Southern Caribbean cruises, out of Barbados.

Lee is really good. I'd put him just behind Matt Mitchem for the CDs I've had. I had him on Breeze two years ago as a fill-in. Then I was supposed to have him as a fill-in on Dream last year but they scheduled a CD convention that week. He has two instagram accounts with a lot of videos if you want to familiarize yourself with him.

I just got off the Glory and I could've sworn that he said that this was his ship for the next few years.  That he had just signed on for another 3 or something.  Maybe your cruise is his break?

From what Lee said on FB he will only be on the Glory for a month.  

I'm guessing Cookie is either taking a vacation or something came up he needs to address.

  I’m going to be on the Glory March 29th through April.  I read on a CD Schedule that “Dion” — not sure if the spelling — Williams would be the CD for our sailing. Perhaps I read an old schedule .... 

  Anyone have a current schedule?

Lee Mason was our CD on the Splendor LA to Singapore cruise. He has amazing amounts of energy and is everywhere around the ship. Great CD.

We're sailing Saturday and will cancel if Lee is the CD. Just kidding! Looking forward to our first Journeys cruise no matter whom is the CD!

  Thank you for the link.  Ok then, I was looking at the Current CD Schedule.  Deon Williams was listed as the CD. Then it shows Lee doing the job for 1 month.

I don't see Cookie listed on the schedule anywhere 😫....I hope he's coming back and will be on the Radiance in August.They haven't announced who the CD will be yet...so my fingers are crossed 🤞 He's really outstanding!
