Are these items included in the Haven?

We got an upgrade and are now in a "Haven Courtyard Penthouse". If we ask for cans of soda, would that be included? And are cocktails included in the suite too?

No and No  unless you have the beverage package

cans of soda are never included, they cost about $2.50 + gratuity. If you didnt have a suite before your upgrade, chances are the cocktails are not included either

No soda or cocktails delivered to your suite or from the mini-bar are included with your Haven stateroom. You can walk out to the Haven bar and get sodas and cocktails under $15 (if you have the Premium Beverage Package). 

 

You do get a butler and services of the concierge. On the Joy, you have access to the Haven Courtyard and sundeck. You do NOT get access to the VIBE unless you pay for it.
