What is the best way to handle a significant prices drop?

Is your price drop before or after final payment?

Depends.  Before or after final payment?  Before just call your TA or Celebrity if you booked direct.   Just make sure it's apples to apples meaning the fare you are looking at includes the same perks you currently have and is the same refundable/non-refundable deposit.    Of course if the drop is significant enough you might be willing to give up some of what you currently have.

If you have a TA, they should be able to monitor for you.  Ours passes along info, but is aware of what perks we currently have.  If there is a price decrease, but loss of prior perks, they should let you know.

Calling Celebrity was well worth it so I did the same with RCL for an April, 2021, booking.  Not quite as good a break but certainly not a waste of time.
