Rare Saint Greg Posted March 3, 2020 Author #1051 Share Posted March 3, 2020 They announced that we will be shifting time forward an hour tonight so we will only be one hour off of local time. We will get that hour back later in the cruise. I have been up for almost 24 hours so I’m going to sleep.

Rare Saint Greg Posted March 3, 2020 Author #1059 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Don’t think I’ve posted clean shots of the piano bar. It’s always been setup for functions when I’ve stopped.
VitaLuna Posted March 3, 2020 #1060 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Looking forward to the El Faro review. This is our plan with two young kids (who are pretty good about walking).
Rare Saint Greg Posted March 3, 2020 Author #1061 Share Posted March 3, 2020 I was fortunate that there was only one person in line in front of me at the coffee shop. It looks to be 10-12 deep now. Nobody waiting in line at the ocean plaza bar behind me that also has the same coffee menu.

Rare Saint Greg Posted March 3, 2020 Author #1064 Share Posted March 3, 2020 I keep trying to catch Havana bar open in the morning to try the Cuban coffee. I guess Cubans don’t drink coffee in the morning. I did find they have these free offerings there

I showed up with 10 minutes till show time and there were tons of seats. In fact People were still getting seats all the way through the show. When you say there was a line, how long of a line was it. On my most recent cruise (Magic) the line stretched all the way to the casino and I didn't even try. These posts of yours make me wonder if I should've tried again closer to the start of the show. In my mind I was just like "there is no way there will be any seats left." PekingeseLady Posted March 3, 2020 #1069 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Did it rain on you for your Whale excursion, I only watched the first one so far as I had to catch up to you, LOL That would be just awful. Did you enjoy it? I usually go in those small zodiac boats for only 2 hours, never been on that big of a boat whale watching. You'd definately want to be outside/on top! I didn't see any rain in the videos, but it was pretty windy (lots of white caps). Edited March 3, 2020 by 4hunters

Not at all but it was rough and windy. I was in one of the better spots but I was standing. Bench space did open up after the seas got rough. I’m guessing people moved down below. They made me sit on the way back. It was challenging standing, holding a drink, and filming in those conditions. I had fun. The crew was great. The drinks were great and plentiful. I mean on the way back the guy who is like MC was just walking around with trays of Dos Equis handing them to people who didn’t order them. They made everything. Even Miami vice. I would’ve liked to have gotten closer to the whales but it was fun. And with my credit and OBC it brought an $80 excursion down to 56.
