Making the decision to go or not to go - so many considerations

Thanks for the advice.  I think we fall out of the policy guidelines because we cancelled at 24 hours and they are asking for a 72 hour notification but I will write an email to my TA asking him to try.  HAL might make an exception under the circumstances.

Maybe they will decide you could fall in the guidelines of the letter of Mr Ashford (within the window of 72 hours for sailing March9th.....) . Good luck.
