I am trying to cancel a cruise and receive a FCC under the new cancellation policy. I have two phone numbers to use and their online chat option. I have not been able to get through for 3 days. I understand that they are probably inundated with calls. However, I need to get this handled. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

I got right through using 1 800 541 1576.

I canceled my cabana as I THINK I should be able to find a prime deck chair starting March 29.

And check your gmail junk folder.  HAL sent out emails to everyone but lots went to junk.

I read mine today but it was sent days ago.  It fully explains what their plan is.

if you booked with TA, do you have to go through your TA to get the FCC with the new cancellation rules? or can you do it through HAL directly?

You will have to call your TA  for the cancellation and/or rules. TA's are duly informed.
