We will be suspending all travel from Europe to the United States for the next 30 days,” President Trump said, adding “the new rules will go into effect Friday at midnight. These restrictions will be adjusted subject to conditions on the ground. There will be exemptions for Americans who have undergone appropriate screenings.This does not apply to legal permanent residents, (generally) immediate family members of U.S. citizens, and other individuals who are identified in the proclamation,” which does not appear to indicate the total ban implied by the President’s phrasing on live television.

There was a backpedal on this, they clarified that the ban only applies to non US travelers.

And the US citizen traveler will have to be screened before allowed to return....whatever that entails.

Well...that means no Europeans on my cruise, nor anyone from Japan, Korea or China.  It’s only gonna be a bunch of ‘Mericans”.  LOL!
