It is broken down exactly 50/50 between my wife and I. The strange thing is the total FCC includes what we paid for port fees and prepaid gratuities. I thought those were refunded??? Rare terry&mike Posted April 1, 2020 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2020 I received an FCC for a client yesterday, it did not include port fees/taxes. It also did not include their cruise line insurance. They did not pre-pay gratuities, so nothing there. Here is how it was calculated - Cost paid for cruise, less Casino Credits, less taxes and port fees, less cruise insurance; with refund divided exactly in half for each of the 2 people booked in the cabin. MNelson486 Posted April 1, 2020 #7 Share Posted April 1, 2020 Interesting. I cancelled by phone on 3/18 and have received no email about cancellation, no refund, and no FCC yet. They told me at the time it would take 30 days. I guess I will be patient for another week and then try to get more information. Thank you!
