But the PDF from Carnival doesn't list an email address, only the info you show!! Glad I could help. Where can I find the PDF from Carnival. I have looked for it and can't find it so I have just sent the information on a fax cover sheet. It has worked but would prefer the PDF.

Found it by googling "Carnival Shareholder Benefit" Here's the link: https://www.carnivalcorp.com/static-files/50351a91-4dc0-4f6b-bfec-684647e6129f Now this is not a form to submit your request, its simply the shareholder benefit information, and it shows the contact information
bolt Posted April 30, 2020 #78 Share Posted April 30, 2020 I faxed my information in several weeks ago and have not seen the shipboard credit. I will give it a couple more weeks since I am not sailing until September.

Carnival used to have a form to fill out but I guess no more. Princess still has a form to fill out and they are part of Carnival so I thought Carnival would also, Cunard has a form as well. Can't remember in Holland does.

Can you tell me what it means by reduced - rate. I always buy cruises when they have a special deal so does that include the cheaper deals I get. I don’t want to buy the shares to find out I don’t get obc for them. Thought you might know as it appears you’ve cruised many times. Thanks. Edited May 1, 2020 by Corlettegal Misspelt word. AllAboardatSea Posted May 1, 2020 #82 Share Posted May 1, 2020 Whenever I send in my docs, I use a free online fax service. There's a bunch of them, just Google. The benefit of doing it that way is when Carnival responds with confirmation, you get an email with their response message automatically, regardless of what you put phone/fax number wise in the sender info.

I'm betting that they have bigger fish to fry these days so I'll just wait it out. Most expensive $100 onboard credit I'll ever get I'm sure but hey, whatever. I'll take it. But anyway, its not a 1 time use, you can apply it to every future cruise as long as you keep the stock.

Assuming the Board of Directors keep approving the OBC for ownership which they have been doing every year at the annual meeting.
