It is unethical when for example you have a deposit or a FCC provided under Cruise with Confidence and later they changed the rules making it impossible for you to cruise.

Am positive when cruises resume that there will either be full refunds or lawsuits and more horrible publicity if this group of people are not allowed to cruise.

I believe that Celebrity's statement that the "note" requirement was temporary still stands.  Things seem to change often with cruiselines today.

Of course there will be lawsuits and a waste of time, IMO, on those bringing them.

If it makes one feel good that they are doing something 'positive' I say go for it, they will only be an nuisance, IMJ.

Of course, I have no idea if lawsuits or only arbitration is permitted, do you know?

Yes!  These are the same young and healthy and chic models that Celebrity uses in all of their ads.  Never any older or obese folks!

t - then many of us will fit right in, for sure!

See you at the next photo shoot...

A suit would need to be brought to court most likely in California.  Seems strange but that is what class action attorney told me.  Most cases in California go to arbitration,  but it is not binding.

Was told a class action suit over FCCs for those unable to sail would likely never get to court as the cruise company would settle first.

Why don’t we all sue China for starting this whole mess!   They are the real culprit in this situation.    The cruise lines did not know of COVID-19 and later on did not know the full impact of the virus.   Almost every business in the world is suffering the impact of this virus while we quibble about who we can sue.
