Can ABC be used to buy future cruise credits?

No, Future cruise deposits are a separate form and are charged immediately on a cruise. They do use the card on file to simplify things, but I have used a different card before by bringing it with me to the Future Cruise person.

Having too much OBC may be a problem for some, but there are things you can do, use it to gamble with maybe?  Get an advance in the casino from account and then cash it in? Maybe do some research on watches or jewelry to buy on board? Expensive wine? Find cruise excursions to take? If you have more than one cruise can you split OBC between multiple cruises? Not sure if you excess OBC is from a cruise refund or something else.
