Even pre covid, the signs of change were there.  The approach shoreside is now very different from how it used to be.  Will be interesting to see what they do and how the customer will be positioned in it all

It says something when at a time pax need information and clarification, Azamara chooses to furlogh Bonnie, who has been a consistent support and source of information. Not a smart move Azamara!

Totally agree.  Azamara needs to bring Bonnie back to give us all support and be our sounding board.  We certainly are not getting that from Azamara.  Losing Larry was bad enough....
