Generally, there are no topless sections on RC unless the ship is doing a European itin. There is not a topless deck on Sovereign.

I'm stripping now only because I went precruise tanning (not topless) and a part of clothing had slipped down and I have some very, tender burnt spots. I admire anyone that can go topless. They probably don't allow topless sunbathing because of all us old folks whose belly buttons are covered by...-what a scary sight. (tee hee)
