Cancelled cruise finally off My Account

Our Sept. Med. cruise has been showing on the Princess website under My Account, Upcoming Cruises long past the time it was cancelled by Princess. I haven't logged onto it for a few weeks, but this morning I did and it's no longer there. Does that mean the refund on our deposit might be forthcoming soon?

From my experience, yes it does.

That was what I was told when talking to my PCC.

We knew that our August 31 Alaska cruise was cancelled long before anything appeared on our account. Once it was deleted I think it took a couple more weeks for the future cruise deposits to be back on My Princess.

My cruise was off my account Monday. My gift cards are reloaded this morning,  all but the three $50 bonus cards. I will now ask that they reissue those plus the one I can’t find!!

Our October cruise on the Enchanted was just cancelled. Our TA sent us a summary of the cancellation including our extra $100 pp credit. It’s now out of our personalizer.
