Thanks. We stopped there on a 1/2 circumnavigation on Radiance OTS. It was HOT.

Hmmm. The plaque is readable on my file copy but it seems CC reduces the definition when uploaded.

It is a scenic spot spoiled by the fence put up by the local council because of asbestos contamination.

So, here's a better hint - off the plaque.

 Eagles Nest, Bunurong Marine National Park, Victoria

Wow, that was quick! Correct. It's taken from the coast road from Cape Patterson to Inverloch, which is a great coastal drive and not nearly as well known as the Great Ocean road.

Lyndarra is right. It is Cadiz in Spain. the building with the two towers is the beautiful white marble cathedral. The ship in the foreground is the ferry from Cadiz to El Puerto.
