Are HAL's Prices Fair

I expect prices to increase to mid 2000s at least, just from the debt expense alone.  The efficiency of the larger ships should save us form 1980s and 1990s prices, I hope.

The efficiencies might be minimal if the cruise lines are forced to significantly reduce passenger capacity.  I noticed that the MSC Grandiosa (now cruising in Europe) is staying at or below 60%.

Does it matter if the perception of cruise prices is fair?   The only thing that matters is if enough people are willing to pay the fare to fill the ship.
