DrMrsRichardson Posted September 27, 2020 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2020 (edited) Hi cruisers, I have purchased a magnet of the ship on every ship I’ve cruised on as an adult. But my very first cruise was when I was 16 and I’d love to find one of that one to complete my collection (well, you know... until I add more cruises). That ship was Royal Caribbean’s (former) Viking Serenade. Do any of you know where I might find one? I’ve already searched EBay. Rare livingonthebeach Posted September 27, 2020 #2 Share Posted September 27, 2020 If you can't find one, you can always buy a Viking Serenade casino chip (currently selling on Ebay) and put a magnet peel off backing sold at office supply stores and make your own magnet. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ms-Viking-Serenade-Royal-Caribbean-Casino-Chip-Cruise-Ship-Boat-Island-Escape/274468425260?hash=item3fe797ce2c:g:SwsAAOSwp5ZfQVuD

I tease him that at least when he hoards he can at least SEE his stuff!!! I mean, how many ship card lanyards does a man need???? I mean man, because I have many, too, but they are color coordinated with my clothes. His are all black, and he doesn't lose them, either. His Mom was ocd, too, so she made detailed lists on the outside of the boxes of the contents, and then made a list of the lists!! I once told my husband that a sign of ADD / hoarding was buying books and never reading them. He said, "Yes, but I build a bookcase for my hoarded books!" 😁 Edited September 29, 2020 by pcur

I suggest donating it to a museum. Our only claim to history is my great-great-grandfather's name on Independence Rock going across the prairie in the 1840's. Meager.
