What is Royal Caribbean doing with my cruise?

About half the time when I go to a reservation to add meals or excursions or check something I can't sign in.   The website my cruise may be locked and to try later.

Is this common to other people?

@Woofbite, it's "not you".  Happens to me all the time.  As noted above, changing browsers works for me.

I haven't been able to log into my Royal account for about a year using Firefox, not even with a private window.  But I have no problems on Edge, so I use that.

Funny.  I use Chrome.  When Chrome won't let me in, Firefox will.  🙂

When Chrome and Edge don't work for me, I go to my phone and that works for me!! lol

These eyes are WAY too old to try to read my Cruise Planner on my phone😵.  If Edge fails me, .......well, I don't want to think about it.  I for sure am not planning to talk to Royal's IT folks about it😬.

Reading Glasses, Pinch and Zoom and a lot of patience!!! lmao 
If I go to the phone, its mainly to look at ONE thing. If it is more than that, I will either wait or suffer... Or if I really am impatient, I go out to the car and grab the laptop
