Cruise Contracts. Changes in Conditions after Deposits?

Wondering if the CDC guidelines will impact the Regent TP Vancover to Tokyo (late 2021) -- since there are 5 stops in Alaska.

 

Also - given the worrisome announcement from Quantas requiring vax... 

Can the cruise line do that- change the contract of carriage/terms and conditions- AFTER we had put down a deposit ?

 

Thoughts on impact on cruises clearly longer than 7 days even when they don't originate FROM the US

 

Thoughts on vax?  Travel vendors don't currently require proof of vax for a variety of diseases for carriage.

Believe the Ts and Cs allow changes.to just about everything.

According to my TA here in the UK, amending a cruise (mine is 10 days in Feb, departing from Miami), from 10 days to 7 constitutes a major change and they would have to offer me various cancellation routes including full refund!
