GSRDPM Posted November 24, 2020 #1 Share Posted November 24, 2020 Like many here, my family has had two cruises cancelled in 2020. First was a 7 day on Indy which was to get my wife and I to Diamond. The second was a family cruise on Oasis for NYE. In order to take advantage of the double points, I have booked two Jr Suites on Liberty out of Galveston in 2021 - during July and October. Only m y wife and I are sailing on these as our adult children cannot commit due to scheduling. Anyway, for the Indy cruise cancellation, we opted for the future cruise planner credit. One of our certificates is for $429. We already have $50 OBC from our TA and presumably another $100 for shareholder credit. We typically do not spend a lot on board but for Indy we did opt for a few things. My question is, can I use the FCPC for the casino and play "a little" and cash it out? Any other advice? deweytrader Posted November 24, 2020 #3 Share Posted November 24, 2020 Question on the topic of Future Cruise Planner Credit - I applied mine to an April cruise on the Allure thinking there was no way that an April 2021 cruise would not sail....Now I am thinking of lifting and shifting to April 2022 - would I lose the Future Cruise Planner Credit or would it be refunded to me to use on another cruise? It should follow you (I did one for a client) but I would call first and do the lift and shift manually over the phone instead of using the automated tool.

What happens to your OBC when Royal cancels and you take the 125% FCC?

There is a separate link and you can request 125% ObC or do nothing and it is refunded
