zzupschuck Posted December 7, 2020 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2020 Had a 7 day Cruise booked in January with a Casino Rate that included $500 onboard credit. That cruise was cancelled and I received $600 onboard credit for a future cruise. Re booked a cruise in April with the same Casino Rate...with $500 credit. Will I also receive the $600 credit from the cancelled cruise?

pe4all Posted December 7, 2020 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2020 You definitely should. I got it with my cancelled casino rate. Everything transferred over to the booked cruise.
RumpunchGirl Posted December 13, 2020 #4 Share Posted December 13, 2020 I just checked mine and I have a total of $1100 on board credit. $600 for the cancellation and $500 with the Casino rate booking. Sadly, I'm not cruising until January 2023. ☹️

You have either booked another offer with extra OBC or most likely had prior payments from your cancelled cruises added to OBC. No, you can't add all the OBC and FCC from cancelled cruises Edited December 13, 2020 by Elaine5715

No, you can't add all the OBC and FCC from cancelled cruises I believe the OP is talking about onboard credit not Casino Free play. The day I rebooked, I printed the offer I got in an Email: EXCLUSIVE OFFER - HOT STREAK BONUS OFFER (OHS) Exclusive Casino Offer - Hot Streak Bonus Free Drinks on Us! while Playing in the Casino $500 per room to spend onboard Reserve your cruise with a non refundable deposit of $99 per person Offer ends December 30, 2020 All was applied to my booking. In my Cruise documents, in Booking Summary on page 2 it absolutely says Onboard credit $1100. Which is the $600 I received because my January 2021 cruise was canceled and the above offer of $500 OBC. But, I have NO Casino Free Play. Edited December 14, 2020 by RumpunchGirl

Most casino offers come with free play not OBC

We are encouraged to book cruises when "we aren't cruising" with the best deals we have ever been offered, at least for me. Now that we have to rebook (again) our great deal isn't so great. My original deal was a better deal than the deals I am now offered, even with the $600 OBC. Makes me sad.
rwilk1129 Posted December 14, 2020 #10 Share Posted December 14, 2020 Agree with MY KIDS MAMA. I had 2 great casino deals that were cancelled. Looking to rebook and deals are far from great. My sister who has only cruised once is getting the great deals that we used to get. Guess I will wait awhile to see if they get better.
