Son of Anarchy Posted December 13, 2020 #27 Share Posted December 13, 2020 One of our old Soviet "New Year" tree decs. They didn't have Christmas trees there back in those days. Brezhnev and his predecessors were right old Bah Humbugs! Must be about 50 years old.

Josy1953 Posted December 15, 2020 #37 Share Posted December 15, 2020 (edited) Today's bauble was bought in Clermont Ferrand. It raises a smile every year because I bought a chocolate nativity scene on the same day, it was not the best idea when I had to carry a delicate parcel along with my briefcase and suitcase a few days before Christmas with connecting flights in Paris. David decided that it would be funny to wind my niece up on Boxing Day and ate the baby Jesus from the crib, she was 4 at the time and refused to speak to him for months afterwards. 😱😱 Edited December 15, 2020 by Josy1953

Yes, they are very good and package them with lots of small polystyrene balls which go everywhere when you unpack! Here is another one we bought a few years later with balls still attached.
