Just noticed that my missing booked 2022 cruise has now appeared.... along with the 568 days to go banner so wish it had stayed away now 😃

Also, still waiting to get back the money for the drink packages. The notice in cruise planner is that they will refund it to the method used for original purchase.

Yep, I was able to pre-purchase dinner time and drink packages by not logging into My Cruise account, so got that done so I could get our preferred dining time. Logged into My Cruise account yesterday and it appears there now! Yay! Thanks to all for the advice! Cheers!

I've been told that it's all tied in to their refund and cancellation process.  Even though the sailings were all cancelled on a certain date they remain active in the system until they are physically cancelled and the refund process begins.  If you are seeing your cancelled booking as active in the cruise planner that means that they have not yet begun the cancellation process.
