Grandiosa Spring- Still excludes US Citizens?

Is MSC still restricting US Citizens from their Grandiosa sailings in IT? Ive read that Europe may soon be implementing a vaccine passport system whereas if you have the passport you can enter the EU countries by air. Lets assume for discussion purposes that is indeed approved and becomes the norm, can we in the US then book a voyage in the Med?

It's still Schengen countries only as far as I am aware not Brits or USA

Liz ... I think these first few cruises may be Italian only guests.

They have changed it to Schengen + 3 EU countries that are not in Schengen.
