RCG Quarterly Earnings Announcement Delayed

Based on past reporting dates, RCG should have announced earnings this week; yet, no date has been identified.  In addition, no date has been set for NCLH earnings release.  Could RCG and NCLH be working on a merger?

I don't think there's anything to read into by the delay, which isn't fixed in stone.

They really are not delayed.  If you compare 2019 dates to 2020 dates you will see that other than Oct 2020 the reporting has lagged behind the previous year by a few weeks.  With this being the year end report it is not surprising that it is delayed.

Probably not much in the way of earnings. Despite not cruising for over a year and suffering huge losses, the stock price has tripled from its low.

The next report due is the yearly report, last year it was posted on 2/25.
