Didn't realize it was the May 3 cruise. That one always seemed a bit weird to me until I figured out that it was her first sailing out of PC after she did the TA.

She was coming up from Miami not a TA-  She had a cruise out of Miami on 4/25 and after that was heading to PC

I did L&S from 12 night TA (Jewel) to 14 night TA (Voyager).  Both were CPH to BOS.

What is posted is correct.  You cannot transfer your FCC to another person.   You may share the value between other guests.  Transferring implies that you can give your FCC to someone else to use an another sailing. 

 

Royal is notorious for not updating every part of their website.
