No, the general L&S facility has now ended; but RCI have confirmed that if they cancel a cruise then they will offer some sort of L&S.  Whether it is a smaller window or only a few selected options, I'm not sure!  Will need to wait and see!

Strictly speaking Boris has cancelled the cruise - not RCI though!!

if there is a comparable sailing to shift it to.  I am sure that there will be sone itineraries where no lift and shift is offered.
