That is probably pretty low on the list.

I doubt any ship will get refurbished in the next 3 years.

Maybe never...

Agree, besides regular Marine Side Main Dry Docks lucky if a Ship gets Refurbished more then once in it's life before being sold off/Retired from Royal. Repair and Replacement items like all mattresses or Deck Chairs happen all the time while in regular service, watched that on turn around days. It's rare when(if) they gut/restyle cabins or Public spaces, more likely to add new Cabins in those Public spaces

Unlikely anything customer visible was done, but Jewel just got out of dry dock from Cadiz.

Reports from the shipyard in the Diario de Cadiz do state that minor upgrades were done on the deck area and in the cabins.

Royal Caribbean's 'Jewel of thes Seas' left the Navantia shipyard in Cádiz this morning after having undergone a mandatory review. The ship left dock four at 7:00 am after two weeks of work. It is the third cruise ship that has docked this year at the facilities of the capital, which is now awaiting the arrival of the 'Symphony of the Seas', considered the largest massager ship in active service in the world.

The 293-meter-long ship with a maximum beam of 32 meters, has undergone routine maintenance work on the propulsion, stabilization and maneuvering systems, as well as minor renovation works on the ship's structure on the deck and upgrading .

The elements located in the submerged part of the ship have also been inspected, as provided for in a regulatory grounding and the corresponding washing with high pressure water and subsequent application of the specified painting scheme on the outside of the hull, as indicated Navantia. The work has involved some 3,000 hours of work, with about 200 people from Navantia and collaborating companies, together with the ship's crew, which amounts to 200 people.

"Navantia has behaved very well with us. It has made this dock an effective dock and above all, for sure, which is the most important thing for us," said Maki Canecco, First Deck Officer of the 'Jewel of the Seas'. which has indicated that the shipping company plans to resume passenger travel with this ship in the first half of July from Cyprus, although with reduced capacity due to the pandemic situation.

After the cruise departure maneuver, the shipyard will proceed to change the 'cradle' of the dock to prepare it for the arrival of the 'Symphony of the Seas', also from Royal Caribbean, whose stay will last for a month, according to the committee president of company of Navantia Cádiz, José Gallardo.
