I know this is a bit of a crazy question but I took some photos on the above date and I can’t remember which port we were in. I’ve tried searching online but haven’t had any luck. Can anyone help please ?

I did an internet search and it looks like you might have been in Cayo Levantado, Dominican Republic. The port before that was Tortola and the one after was Nassau.  Depending on your sea days, March 28th is probably one of these ports.  This is from the itinerary for a March 22, 2015, 10 day Riviera cruise, round-trip from Miami.  Does that sound right?

Thank you, that’s brilliant ! A bit more research and I find it was Tortola and a tour to The Baths, Virgin Gorda. I couldn’t find the itinerary online but I knew some clever person would know how to find it.

Clever!  Particularly the part of storing it with photos from the trip.

To help me remember, I make a reduced size copy of the itinerary and tape it to the back of my sea pass.  Have quite a collection in an old passport folder, and refer to them from time to time.

Bluebell_hen, I'm glad that I could help.  Another place to look is on your cruise invoice.  It  has the ports by date.  I always download it onto my computer.  I keep journals, so I print the itinerary and paste it in the first page of the journal.  Also, I take a picture of the Currents each morning, showing the date and port.  That way I know that all of the photos I have taken until the next Currents photo is on the same day in that port.

Fortunately most phone cameras as well as new model cameras have a GPS telling one when and where the picture was taken.
