Who did you contact for that? I did get refund on taxes and excursions, but never received a redemption number or Future cruise credit certificate for the 250 000 points I used to pay for the cruise itself. Assuming you're talking about BofA credit card the points/dollars should be held for you and you can call the My Cruise Rewards team at (888) 305-4626. jp2746 Posted March 31, 2021 #5 Share Posted March 31, 2021 I purchased with points (Chase). I was able to lift an shift with RC but had one canceled with Princess. The Princess one was refunded to my account with points. It took a longggggg time, but eventually it was refunded. I did have to call them several times.
