Here is the cynic in me replying.  As long as they have your birthday in their computer, it takes no effort or costs them nothing to have the computer send you a birthday card.  It means nothing and they don't really care,.  I get cards on my birthday from lots of businesses or service organizations on my birthday.  They get tossed unread.

Knowing what it costs to produce a short film, I appreciate the fact that Princess goes through the trouble and expense.

Every time I see a Princess ship , I smile. With little to smile about now I appreciated the wonderful memories the birthday card reminded me of.
